The acronym "EDIS" stands for "European Distributors of Industrial Supplies" and describes an association of technical dealers from various European countries.
EDiS, the European traders cooperation, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2016. The founding members only had a rough idea of the cooperation at the start. They were bound together with the desire to be able to offer a uniform service to customers across Europe, to exchange knowledge concerning purchasing and to be able to mutually benefit from each other. Today, there are ten dealers from nine European countries that make up EDiS – the “European Distributors of industrial Supplies”.
The German Institute of Rubber Technology (DIK) is one of the worlds leading rubber research and development centres. The DIK is an independent research institution with close cooperation to the Leibniz University Hannover and to the industry.
The German Water Partnership is a network of the German private and public sectors, combining scientific institutions, water-related associations, government and non-government organisations.
Serval companies from Region Hanover have joined forces under the agency of "initiative. marktführer. hannover." The goal of the network is to meet demographic change and the shortage of skilled workers together to open new paths in the regional and supraregional acquisition of qualified students and skilled personnel.
