Supervisory Board
It is the duty of the Supervisory Board to advise and supervise the Company Management of Arnold Jäger Holding and the Jaeger Group of Companies. The Company Management reports regularly to the Supervisory Board. The reports focus on the business policies and strategies of the various divisions, the ongoing operations and financing activities. The Supervisory Board is also kept informed of all events that could have a significant impact on the organization's future and on the sustainable increase in the value of the Jaeger Group of Companies.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Arnold Jäger, son of the company founder and manager of the Jaeger Group of Companies over many years.
